Very surprised to see an article by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, which normally publishes technical standards for the electronics industry, that introduces new international age-verification standards and a certification program for online content aimed at kids. Never saw anything like this come out of IEEE before. Apparently some of those programmers out there care about kids after all!
