EKO, your stories are so relatable. It makes reading them a joy.

“I’m sorry I can’t be what you want me to be. Not yet.”

How often do I say this to God. Just give me more time. I need to finish being me, before I can be the person you want me to be.

EKO - Though Jesus has been with me from my childhood - I never gave a thought to HIS childhood - and now through your words I can relate how His life was and how He came to His mission for His father. It like all the words you pen open pages in my mind to think deeply about and I thank you for this gift.

Martin Scorsese could expand on this treatment and produce the final installment of his career as a director and film-maker, entitled, "The First Temptation Of Christ."

HA! or we can crowdfund it and make it ourselves..

I've always enjoyed reading books about the lost years of Jesus, before his public ministry began. Hence, I've enjoyed your Nazareth stories, and once all the years are covered suspect they'd make a good book.

Suggestion for future content: You've already suggested a girl has her eye on Jesus. If something came of that, but she were to die childless before Jesus' public ministry began, that would explain how Jesus could be called "Rabbi", when a requirement for that title was to have been married.

Yes, I’d love the Nazarene series bound—thanks for asking.😊. One thing I really love about the Nazarene books is that you use Yeshua’s name—his given name. This is personal for me. I worked with youngsters for over two decades and nothing lights up the face like hearing their ‘home’ name when called on. It is a sign of respect. That’s one of my favorite things about your writing: respect for the thoughts and feelings the little-known characters may have experienced. Your writing is tender, compassionate and exudes empathy—as though you walked a lifetime in each one’s shoes. Excellent!
